Rick Covington at Halliburton described the difficulties of convincing an internal sales organization of the importance and the benefits to be gained from product line pruning. Do any of you have any examples that you could share on the discussion board for Rick? I will say that I've led that charge a time or two, and have seen it done successfully in several organizations.
